Description

PVC glue is suitable for PVC pipe with diameter below 300mm or PVC sheet with medium area. It is used in civil and industrial PVC pipeline system for drinking water, water treatment equipment, industrial pipeline, golf course, farmland irrigation, ventilation system and other fields. 1. Cut the pipe in a vertical plane, chamfer the pipe to 10 to 15 degrees, remove the edge fragments, clean and wipe dry the surface that needs to be bonded. 2. Test the tightness of pipe and fittings. Under normal circumstances, the pipe should be inserted smoothly into the fitting 1/3 to 2/3 of the way with a tight feeling. 3. Apply a thick and uniform layer of glue at the end of the pipe to the depth of the socket of the pipe fitting, and a layer of glue of medium thickness to the inside of the pipe fitting. Avoid leaving too much glue in the fitting to form a pool. Apply a second layer of glue to the pipe so that the gap in the joint is completely filled.
